WEforum Fit Crawl 2025: Full Schedule

Welcome to the WEforum Fit Crawl 2025, 10 Years Strong hosted in partnership with Monmouth Medical Center/RWJ Barnabas Health! The Fit Crawl is a dynamic one-day event that allows participants to sample three back-to-back fitness or wellness classes, followed by a post-crawl celebration at a local venue. This event supports our local businesses and motivates and inspires participants to embrace a lifestyle of movement and wellness. PROCEEDS of this charitable event is described below and please read to learn more about our mission.

Get ready for this incredible, inspiring day of health and wellness sampling up to three classes at your choice of studios. We’ve added new classes this year and have many of the past favorites as well. Classes are limited so sign up and get ready for a fun, healthy afternoon for a good cause!

Registration is simple! Here are few helpful suggestions when registering for the fit crawl.
1. Buy your ticket through Eventbrite. You will then receive an email that will allow you to schedule your classes. If you are buying multiple tickets, please make sure you add a valid email address for each participant/ticket and include that information in your Eventbrite order. Please note there will not be any refunds as this is a charitable event.

2. This year’s ticket is $50. For participants under 18 years of age, The Atlantic Club and POE are 18+. Pilates Blast is 16+, (TBD - the cycle classes have height restrictions of 4’11"). Please check the age requirements in the Class Description. You also will need a parent present to sign waivers at each studio.

3. Select up to 3 classes from our participating studios. We’ve grouped together by type of fitness this year and you should be able to get from any class to the next with the time allowed. Classes are color-coded to help (hopefully!).

PROCEEDS: The money raised through WEforum’s health and wellness conferences and annual Fit Crawl event supports free educational health and wellness programs and services developed by Monmouth Medical Center (MMC), an RWJBarnabas Health affiliate, and the LiveWell Center located at the Anne Vogel Family Care and Wellness Center in Eatontown. At the LiveWell Center, WEforum helps fund the WEforum Demonstration Kitchen, which offers free health and wellness programs, including nutrition for youth and adults in Monmouth County.

STAY WELL COLLECTIVE - HEAL WELL | ALCHEMY SOUND BATH MEDITATION: We will guided you through a chakra balancing meditation focusing on our breath & visualization. Alchemy singing bowls produce sound that invokes a deep state of relaxation which aids in meditation, reduces stress and assists in holistic healing.These vibrations promote a calm mind and support the body’s ability to connected to the parasympathetic nervous system to send the body into a “rest and digest” state accelerating the body’s ability to heal.The Alchemy bowls have gemstones and precious metals heated in with the quartz, which allows them to emit a pure, cosmic sound that expands into a multitude of vibrant overtones.

about Noelle Dwyer is a Fair Haven resident and mom of three. Wellness has been a continuous presence throughout her entire life. After becoming certified in barre through the Tracy Mallet Method + earning a Transcendental Meditation certification directly following, it really started to sink in that movement was more for her mind, than even her body.  Over the years, she completed certifications at the New York Open Center in breathwork, sound healing + studied in a three year program to earn her masters in reiki energy healing.  Most recently earning her certification at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition as a certified health coach.<br><br>Noelle founded Stay Well Collective with the understanding that everything is connected, especially the wellness community as a whole. SWC is a shared wellness space where practitioners & instructors can share their offering, while building their own business. In return, the community benefits from an ever changing calendar of practices & modalities right at their doorstep.<br><br>We cannot wait to share this space with you.
