Welcome to the WEforum Fit Crawl 2025, 10 Years Strong hosted in partnership with Monmouth Medical Center/RWJ Barnabas Health! The Fit Crawl is a dynamic one-day event that allows participants to sample three back-to-back fitness or wellness classes, followed by a post-crawl celebration at a local venue. This event supports our local businesses and motivates and inspires participants to embrace a lifestyle of movement and wellness. PROCEEDS of this charitable event is described below and please read to learn more about our mission.

Get ready for this incredible, inspiring day of health and wellness sampling up to three classes at your choice of studios. We’ve added new classes this year and have many of the past favorites as well. Classes are limited so sign up and get ready for a fun, healthy afternoon for a good cause!

Registration is simple! Here are few helpful suggestions when registering for the fit crawl.
1. Buy your ticket through Eventbrite. You will then receive an email that will allow you to schedule your classes. If you are buying multiple tickets, please make sure you add a valid email address for each participant/ticket and include that information in your Eventbrite order. Please note there will not be any refunds as this is a charitable event.

2. This year’s ticket is $50. For participants under 18 years of age, The Atlantic Club and POE are 18+. Pilates Blast is 16+, (TBD - the cycle classes have height restrictions of 4’11"). Please check the age requirements in the Class Description. You also will need a parent present to sign waivers at each studio.

3. Select up to 3 classes from our participating studios. We’ve grouped together by type of fitness this year and you should be able to get from any class to the next with the time allowed. Classes are color-coded to help (hopefully!).

PROCEEDS: The money raised through WEforum’s health and wellness conferences and annual Fit Crawl event supports free educational health and wellness programs and services developed by Monmouth Medical Center (MMC), an RWJBarnabas Health affiliate, and the LiveWell Center located at the Anne Vogel Family Care and Wellness Center in Eatontown. At the LiveWell Center, WEforum helps fund the WEforum Demonstration Kitchen, which offers free health and wellness programs, including nutrition for youth and adults in Monmouth County.

You can expect a well-rounded class that explores the connection between breath and movement in both static holds and fluid movements.
